Your telegram of 28th February Colonial Develop-

ment Scheme. There is in view the following list of large

works all urgent: 1. Development of water supply.

2. New Government Civil hospital. 3. New Gaol. 4. Vehicle ferry with completion of aerodrome still

to be considered.

I am not yet in position to put forward from Development Fund but application

definite schemes asking for assistance/for favourable

consideration will be made when schemes are further

matured.
